March Featured Story: Donnie Smith – Build it and they will come …

Do you recall the Kevin Costner classic movie Field of Dreams? The deep whisper would say “build it and they will come.” The voice was talking about building a baseball field in the middle of the corn fields of Iowa. Famous baseball players of yesteryear walked out the stalks. The masses of baseball fans were lined for miles just to get a glimpse of the American Icons.

Much like the classic movie, that has happened for bike enthusiast, as in, motorcycles, as in custom builds. Donnie Smith, a Minnesota native, a well-respected Hall of Fame Master Builder, along with Neil Ryan and American Thunder Promotions has done the same for the Custom Bike industry. They have jointly built the biggest Custom Bike Building Show in the Midwest.
